- December 31, 2009 - Deadline for season ticket holders and donors to pledge to the Campaign of Champions and receive 5 points for every $100 of their campaign contribution
- April 30, 2010 - Deadline for season ticket holders and donors to pledge to the Campaign of Champions and reeceive 3 points for every $100 of their campaign contribution
- January 1, 2011 - Season ticket renewals mailed to all season ticket holders for the 2011-12 season
- March 31, 2011
- Deadline to renew tickets for 2011-12 season
- Deadline to commit to purchasing season tickets to be part of selection process for the 2012-13 basketball season
- Bruin Priority Points frozen for each season ticket holder and donor
- May-June 2011 - Allocation of seating for the 2011-12 season for the alternative venues
- September-November 2011 - Personal appointments for season ticket holders to select their seats in Pauley Pavilion for the 2012-13 season
- January 2012 - Season ticket holders will be provided with a confirmation of their seat selection for the 2012-13 season
- Fall 2012 - Transformed Pauley Pavilion opens
